A residence suspended over an arroyo & carved into a hill at the base of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. This house was designed to be shared by close friends with sleeping quarters divided by a large shared space for living, cooking & eating. The house balances weight and lightness with cantilevered masses and airy volumes of living space.
